提高HIFU治疗效率的方法
The Methods to Enhance the Efficiency in High Intensity Focused Ultrasound Therapy
【摘要】 本文从Pennes生物传热方程出发,分析了影响HIFU治疗肿瘤时靶区能量沉积的因素,然后从优化设计换能器、改变组织声环境和利用微泡增强空化损伤等方面综述了提高HIFU治疗效率的方法。
【Abstract】 The factors of effecting energy deposit in the target region during HIFU therapy are analyzed, based on the Pennes Biological Heat Conduction Equation. The methods to improve the efficiency in HIFU therapy are reviewed in this paper, including enhances the focus region energy, change the environment of acoustic and enhance cavitation lesion by using micro bubbles.
