退火方式对1J79软磁合金磁性能的影响
Influence of Annealing Process on Magnetic Properties of 1J79 Alloy
【摘要】 采用真空电弧炉熔炼法制备1J79软磁合金,经不同退火方式退火。通过电子探针(EPMA-1600)观察其杂质的含量及晶粒的长大情况;并采用振动样品磁强计(VSM)测得合金的磁滞回线,分析其磁性能的变化。结果表明,采用二段连续退火工艺有利于除去合金中的杂质,起到净化合金的作用,同时提高了合金的磁性能,即矫顽力显著降低,饱和磁化强度略有升高。
【Abstract】 1J79 alloy was prepared by vacuum electric arc smelting and different annealing treatment. The grain growth and the content of impurity were observed by electron probe microanalyzer,and magnetic properties was measured by vibrating sample magnetometer. The change of magnetic properties was analyzed. The results show that the coercivity of two-stage annealed samples decreases obviously and the saturation magnetization increases slightly.
