液相等离子电解渗碳氮在高速钢铣刀后处理上的应用

【摘要】 用甲酰胺-乙醇胺电解液体系、液相等离子电解碳氮共渗工艺对刃磨后的高速钢铣刀进行再处理,制成金相试样测定渗层厚度和硬度,并进行实切性实验。实验结果表明,经液相等离子电解碳氮共渗处理后的高速钢刀具的耐用度比未处理高速钢刀具提高3倍以上。

【Abstract】 The milling-tool of high speed steel was re-treated using formamide alcohol amine electrolyte fluid phase,plasma electrolysis carbonitriding method in solution,and the metallographic specimen was prepared.The thickness and hardness of infiltration layer were measured.The actual cutting experiment was carried out.The results show that the incorruptibility of high speed steel milling-tool treated by the method is increased by 300% than that without treatment.
