不等厚板MAG单面焊双面成形工艺研究
Study on MAG Welding Process in Single-side Welding with Double-face Formation for Dissimilitude Thick Steel Sheet
【摘要】 储油罐罐体的横焊缝主要由不等厚板对接而成,焊接工作量大,焊接要求高。针对这种特点,采用集成组装的自动焊接系统进行单面焊双面成形工艺试验,研究不同衬垫槽型尺寸、焊接层数和保护气体的混合比例对焊接质量的影响。实验结果表明,采用50%Ar+50%CO2保护气体、对称槽型衬垫、2层3道焊得到的焊缝外观和质量良好。最后对焊缝进行了工艺评定,各项性能均达到使用要求。
【Abstract】 The horizontal welding lines of oil tank body were formed by butt welding using thin-sheet and thick-sheet.Due to the characteristic of many workload and high request for the welding,the process of single-sided welding with double-faced forming were tested using automatic weld system of integration assembly and the influences of dimension of backing,welding layer and mixing proportion of shield gas on welding quality were investigated.The results indicate that appearance and quality of weld are good by two-layer three-pass welding using mixing gas(50%Ar+50%CO2)and backing with symmetry flute.In the last,all performances meet the needs of user by qualification of weld process.
