铸态Mg-Zn-Er-Zr合金显微组织和力学性能的研究
Research on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Mg-Zn-Er-Zr Alloy As-cast
【摘要】 通过显微组织观察和力学性能测试等手段研究了铸态Mg-Zn-Er-Zr合金的组织和力学性能。结果表明,添加0.6%Er+1%Zn,在晶界处形成Mg-Zn、Mg-Er、Mg-Er-Zn的质点阻碍了枝晶生长,起到细化晶粒的作用,晶粒尺寸减小到60μm左右,抗拉强度、屈服强度和伸长率分别达到198.8MPa、83.0MPa和24.5%,较Mg-0.6Zr合金均有不同程度的提高。
【Abstract】 The microstructure and mechanical properties of Mg-Zn-Er-Zr alloy as-cast was investigated by microstructure observation and property testing.The results show that adding 0.6%Er + 1%Zn in the Mg-0.6Zr,the compounds of Mg-Er,Mg-Zn and Mg-Er-Zn restrain the crystal grain to grow up,and the grain observably fines about 60 μm.The σb,σ0.2 and δ of the Mg-1Zn-0.6Er-0.6Zr alloy is up to 198.8 MPa,83.0 MPa and 24.5% respectively.The mechanical properties significantly improve compared with Mg-0.6Zr alloy.
