Ni基激光熔覆合金层的组织结构及热腐蚀性能
Microstructure and Heat-corrosion Resistance of Laser Cladding Layer of Ni-base Alloys
【摘要】 研究了几种不同成分的Ni基自熔合金激光熔覆层的组织结构、显微硬度、热腐蚀性能,结果表明,在相同实验条件下,不同成分熔覆层的耐热蚀性均随温度升高而下降;所有熔覆层的耐热蚀性均远高于1Cr18Ni9T。
【Abstract】 The microstructure and heat-corrosion resistance of the laser cladding alloy layer were studied.The results show that the heat-corrosion resistance decreases with the increase of temperature,but it is much higher than that of 1Cr18Ni9T steel.
