相场模型中弛豫系数对晶粒尺寸影响的研究

【摘要】 采用相场模型模拟二维晶粒长大的过程,模型中弛豫系数Li被赋予明确的物理意义,与晶界迁移率有关。从模拟结果可以得出,晶粒直径尺寸与参数Li呈近似直线的变化关系,晶粒生长规律及晶粒的相对尺寸分布具有相同的形式。

【Abstract】 The 2D-grain growth process was simulated based on phase field model, and relaxation coefficient Li of phase field model was entrusted with the explicit physics significance in the process of simulating grain growth, and related to crystal boundary transport ratio. The simulation results show that the crystal grain diameter size and the parameters Li change approximately in straight line, the crystal grain growth rule and the relative size distribution have the same form.
