不锈钢搅拌摩擦焊接研究进展

【摘要】 传统熔焊工艺焊接不锈钢存在诸多问题,搅拌摩擦焊接是解决这些问题的有效途径。本文论述了近年来国内外不锈钢搅拌摩擦焊的研究进展,分析了不锈钢搅拌摩擦焊的焊缝成形、接头组织、力学性能、抗腐蚀性能、焊接工具、不锈钢异种材料焊接等,并展望了不锈钢搅拌摩擦焊的应用前景。

【Abstract】 There’re some problems in traditional welding process of stainless steels, and Friction Stir Welding (FSW) becomes an effective approach in stainless steels’ welding. In this article, research development of FSW stainless steels in China and abroad was summarized in recent years. The appearance, structure, mechanical properties, corrosion resistance properties of weld joints and the development of tool of FSW stainless steels and dissimilar stainless steels were analyzed. The application foreground of FSW for stainless steels was brought forward.
