铸造Mg-3Zn-3Y-Zr合金的制备及其力学性能
Preparation of Cast Mg-3Zn-3Y-Zr Alloy and Its Mechanical Properties
【摘要】 以EZ33A镁合金为基体材料,制备了Mg-3Zn-3Y-Zr合金,研究了稀土元素Y对其显微组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明:由于添加Y和Zr,使铸造Mg-3Zn-3Y-Zr合金的枝晶组织得到细化,等轴趋势明显;由于Y在镁中的溶解度较大,经过固溶时效处理后,使弥散强化相增多,起到强化晶界的作用,从而提高合金的硬度,同时使其室温及高温力学性能均明显提高。
【Abstract】 Taking the EZ33A magnesium alloy as the substrate material, the Mg-3Zn-3Y-Zr alloy was prepared, the effect of rare-earth element Y on microstructure and properties of the alloy was studied. The result indicated that increasing rare-earth element Y and Zr makes the pine-tree structure of the cast Mg-3Zn-3Y-Zr alloy gradually refine, equiaxed tendencies become obvious. Due to the solubility of Y element in magnesium is bigger, after solution and aging treatment, the dissemination-strengthening phase increases, the crystal boundary is strengthened, the hardness of the alloy increases, the mechanical performance at room temperature and high temperature obviously enhances.
