热处理工艺对半钢的组织与性能的影响
Influences of Heat Treatment Processes on Microstructure and Properties of Semi-steel
【摘要】 研究了空淬、等温淬火及锻热等温淬火对含1.80%C,1.85%Cr和1.31%Mn(质量分数)半钢材料组织与性能的影响。结果表明,锻热等温淬火工艺可以明显改善半钢材料的组织与性能,提高半钢的冲击韧度。
【Abstract】 The influences of various isothermal hardening treatments on microstructure and properties of semi-steel made by quenching and isothermal hardening and forging,which contain 1.80wt%C,1.85wt%Cr and 1.31wt%Mn,were investigated.The experimental results show that the microstructure and properties can be improved by isothermal hardening treatment,so that the impact strength of the semi-steel can be increased.
