基于ANSYS的熔化极弧焊温度场三维数值模拟
Three-dimensional Numerical Simulation of Consumable Electrode Arc Welding Temperature Fields Based on ANSYS
【摘要】 分析了熔化极焊接电弧及熔滴热输入分布模式,利用有限元软件ANSYS对温度场进行了计算,采用APDL编写了移动热源加载子程序。在不同焊接规范下,对试验所得熔宽和熔深值与模拟值进行比较,最大误差不超过8%,并分析了工件截面变化对焊接温度场的影响,有利于后续的熔池系统建模和控制。
【Abstract】 The heat-input models of arc and the droplet distribution of consumable electrode welding were analyzed, and ANSYS software was used to calculate the temperature fields. ANSYS parametric design language was applied to develop sub-program for loading moving heat sources. In various welding conditions, comparing the actual molten pool width and height with simulation results, the biggest error was below 8%; the influence of workpiece’s cross-section variations to molten pool temperature was analyzed,it was helpful to the consequent molten pool modeling and controlling.
