方形三通件多向加载过程金属流动研究
Study on Metal Flow in Multi-extrusion Load Forming Process of Square Three-cavities
【摘要】 利用有限元分析软件MSC/Superform来模拟方形三通件的多向加载成形过程。通过分析等效应变图和金属流动速度矢量图,揭示了方形三通件金属流动的规律,为此类零件的工艺设计提供了有价值的参考依据。模拟结果表明,在整个多向加载过程中,金属的流动变化情况比较复杂。采用多向同时加载成形方形三通件是可行的,可节省工序,提高材料利用率。
【Abstract】 The numerical simulation in the multi-extrusion load forming process of square three-cavities was carried out by the finite element analysis software Msc/superform. Through analysis of equivalent stress and metal flow velocity vector graphs, the general metal flow law of square three-cavities was disclosed, which provide reliable references for the process design of the similar parts. The simulation results show that the metal flow is complex comparatively in the whole load process; using multi-extrusion load at one time to form square three-cavities parts is feasible, can reduce working procedures, improve utilization ratio of materials.
