【Abstract】 Based on the previous investigation and studies, the author discussed the human meanings of industrial heritage protection and industrial tourism development in Germany from the aspects of the spatial regulation of industrial structures, the historical linkage of technology development, the culture value of industrial technology, the modes of tourists’s participation and the impact of the postmodernism on industrial tourism.
