改进的Snake模型及其在图像边缘提取中的应用
Improved Snake Model and Its Application in Image Edge Detection
【摘要】 以胆结石超声图像为例,将改进的Snake模型应用到超声图像边缘提取中,并取得了较好的结果。首先采用对数变换函数对胆结石超声图像进行增强预处理,该方法能够有效地调整图像的动态范围,将胆结石在胆囊中的位置凸显出来;然后利用改进的Snake模型自动提取胆结石的边缘。本文详细介绍了Snake模型实现过程以及各个参数对实验结果的影响。实验表明该模型有较好的实用性,而且准确性较高,适合于噪声干扰情况下的目标边缘提取。
【Abstract】 Taking gallstone ultrasound image as experimental objects,the Snake model is used to image edge detection and obtain encouraging results.Firstly,the image is enhanced by using logarithmic transfer function,and the shape of gallstone in the gallbladder is popped out.Then the edge of the gallstone is automatically detected based on the improved Snake model.This paper introduces the realization of Snake model and discusses how the parameters influence the results.Experiments show that the algorithm is available and accurate.It is suitable to detect the edge of the object under the strong noise situation.
