【摘要】 信用缺失问题导致市场关系扭曲和交易成本上升,严重制约着我国建筑市场的健康发展。建筑市场各主体间关系复杂,其失信行为与众多因素相关。文章在阐述目前我国建筑市场信用缺失的表现和危害的基础上,重点立足于信用机制,从法律法规、信息传递、信用评级与失信惩罚4个方面分析了建筑市场信用缺失的原因,并针对性地提出几点完善建筑市场信用体系的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The lack of credit causes the serious distortion of market relationship and the rising of transaction cost, which restricts the development of China’s construction market. This paper describes the performance and the endanger of credit lack in construction market at present. There are complex market relations among each department of construction market. Based on credit mechanism, this paper analyses the reasons for the lack of credit from the laws and regulations, the transmission of information, credit rating and punishment for credit loss. Meanwhile, the paper puts forward some proposals about improving the credit system of construction market.更多还原
