退浆剂CDA对高密度织物的退浆工艺研究

【摘要】 选用市场上应用较广的液体退浆剂CDA对300T和310T高密度涤纶织物进行退浆工艺试验,针对影响退浆效果的pH值、退浆剂用量、温度、时间等因素,用正交试验法进行退浆工艺优选,并采用DPS软件对退浆工艺中的各因子和水平极差进行分析,得出退浆剂CDA的最佳退浆工艺。同时,还检测了织物在强碱条件下处理后强力的损失程度。实验结果表明,测试织物在pH12、退浆剂用量0.5g/L、温度90℃、时间30min下处理,织物上的浆料基本能去尽,强力损失在允许范围内。

【Abstract】 Two high density polyester fabric 300T and 310T were desized with the most application liquid desizing agent CDA,the effects of pH value,desizing agent dosage,desizing temperature and time were investigated,the experiments using orthogonal table and DPS software,determined the optimal desizing technology.And the strength losing extent by alkali treated was also tested.It was found that when the pH value 12,desizing agent dosage 0.5g/L and desizing temperature 90℃ for 30min,most size of the fabric had removed and strength losing in enable range.
