【Abstract】 In the situation of the Sino-EU,Sino-US Textile Agreement being out of effects in year 2007/2008,basing on the present condition and problems of China’s garment industry,using innovative science,industry economics,clothing engineering and management theory,we put forward a new way that through innovation to advance thecore competitiveness of the garment industry for achieving the sustainable development of the industry.In this new way,we have given the principle for constructing the garment industry innovation system,established the basic framework of this system and analyzed the characteristics of it,which could give innovative ideas and theoretical basics.for the development of China’s garment industry.更多还原
