【摘要】 目的观察电针肾俞、足三里治疗慢性疲劳综合征的疗效。方法将60例慢性疲劳综合征患者随机分为电针穴位组和电针非穴位组各30例,治疗2个疗程;应用疲劳严重程度量表(FSS)、躯体及心理健康报告(SPHERE)、疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)以及健康状况调查简表(SF-36)评定患者疲劳程度、潜在症状、疼痛程度以及生活质量。结果治疗后两组FSS、SPHERE、VAS量表积分降低,SF-36各维度积分均明显升高(P<0.01),且电针穴位组明显优于非穴位组(P<0.01);治疗结束后1个月、3个月随访,患者FSS积分、SPHERE积分以及VAS积分较治疗后均有所升高,但电针穴位组低于电针非穴位组(P<0.01),SF-36各维度积分较治疗后下降,除总体健康维度外其他维度积分电针穴位组高于电针非穴位组(P<0.01)。结论电针肾俞、足三里能明显减轻CFS患者的临床症状,提高其生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of electroacupuncture for chronic fatigue syndrome(CFS).Methods Sixty CFS patients were randomly divided into electroacupuncture acupoint group and electroacupuncture non -acupoint group,and respectively treated by Shenshu(BL 23) and Zusanli(ST 36) or by non-acupoints.The severity of fatigue,potential symptoms,pain severity and the quality of life were evaluated.Results The electroacupuncture at acupoints Shenshu(BL23) and Zusanli(ST36) decreased the integral of FSS,SPHERE,VAS and enhanced the integral of SF-36(P < 0.01).Compared with control group,there was considerable differences(P < 0.01).Conclusion Electroacupuncture at Shenshu(BL23) and Zusanl(iST36) can ease the clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life of CFS.更多还原
