【摘要】 目的观察养阴固精、化痰渗湿法联合西药治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法将80例糖尿病肾病患者随机分为两组,治疗组(40例)采用养阴固精、化痰渗湿法加西药治疗,对照组(40例)单用西药治疗。连续用药3个月后,观察临床疗效,以及治疗前后血脂、空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、肾功能等变化情况。结果治疗组总有效率为85.0%,对照组为65.0%,组间疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗前后除血肌酐和尿素氮外,其他各项实验指标比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01),与对照组治疗后比较,治疗组尿微量蛋白排泄率、24h尿蛋白定量改善更为明显(P<0.05)。结论养阴固精、化痰渗湿法结合西药治疗本病确有明显疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of combined Chinese and Western medicines in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.Methods Eighty subjects were divided into two groups:treatment group in which 40 cases were treated with combined Chinese and Western medicines and control group in which 40 cases were treated with the pure western medicine.After 3 months,the clinical effects,blood lipid,fasting blood glucose(FBG),saccharogenic hemoglobin and renal function were observed before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate was 85.0% in treatment group and 65.0% in control group,with a difference between them(P < 0.05).The blood lipid,fasting blood glucose(FBG),saccharogenic hemoglobin and renal function were improved significantly after treatment in treatment group(P < 0.05,P < 0.01),with more significant improvement in treatment group than in control group in UAER and 24 h protein(P < 0.05,P < 0.01).Conclusion Combined Chinese and western medicines is fairly effective for diabetic nephropathy.更多还原
