【摘要】 目的观察加味降脂理肝汤治疗痰瘀质非酒精性脂肪肝病的临床疗效。方法将120例非酒精性脂肪肝病患者随机分为对照组57例和治疗组63例。对照组予基础治疗(合理饮食及适当运动),治疗组在基础治疗上加用加味降脂理肝汤。两组均以3个月为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程;观察患者痰瘀体质项积分、体重指数、B超积分及肝功能、血脂变化。结果治疗组痰瘀体质项积分、体重指数、B超积分、肝功能、血脂等指标的改善情况均明显优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论加味降脂理肝汤能有效改善患者痰瘀体质,治疗脂肪肝病。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of modified "Jiangzhi Ligan Decoction" in treating non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD) in phlegm-blood stasis constitution patients.Methods One hundred and twenty patients of NAFLD were randomly divided into treatment group(n=63) and control group(n=57).Control group received elementary therapy including reasonable diet and appropriate movement.In treatment group,in addition to the elementary therapy,modified "Jiangzhi Ligan Decoction" was taken orally,twice a day.One course of treatment was three months,and both groups were treated for two courses.Symptom score,body mass index(BMI),B-ultrasonic examination,liver function,blood lipid were examined before and two courses after treatments.Results Compared with control group,the clinical symptoms,BMI,B-ultrasonic examination,liver function,blood lipid in treatment group were ameliorated more significantly after treatment(P < 0.05,P < 0.01).Conclusion Modified "Jiangzhi Ligan Decoction" is effective in treating NAFLD.更多还原
