【摘要】 目的观察隔百合冰片饼灸治疗痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。方法将60例痛风性关节炎患者随机分为艾灸组和对照组,各30例,分别采用隔百合冰片饼灸和口服苯溴马龙治疗;观察两组临床疗效和尿酸、血沉的变化。结果艾灸组有效率为86.67%,对照组为90.00%(P>0.05);两组治疗后血尿酸、尿尿酸、血沉均明显下降(P<0.05),但组间无明显差异。结论隔百合冰片饼灸治疗痛风性关节炎疗效确切,无明显副作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of herb-paste moxibustion in the treatment of gouty arthritis. Methods Sixty subjects were randomized into two groups: moxibustion group in which 30 cases were treated by herb-paste moxibustion and control group in which 30 cases were treated by benzbromarone; the clinical efficacy,uric acid and blood sedimentation were observed. Results The total effective rate was 86.67% in moxibustion group and 90.00% in control group,P > 0.05; after treatment,plasma uric acid,urine uric acid and blood sedimentation were all reduced (P < 0.05),but with no difference between two groups. Conclusion Herb-paste moxibustion is quite effective for gouty arthritis,with fewer side effects.更多还原
