【摘要】 茵陈蒿汤是临床上治疗肝病的有效方剂。茵陈蒿汤及其有效成分包括乙醇提取物、6,7-二甲氧基香豆素、茵陈二炔酮、茵陈炔、蒽醌类化合物和京尼平,能抑制核因子κB激活,减少炎症细胞因子产生和氧化应激,减轻肝细胞损伤和凋亡,抑制肝星状细胞激活和增殖,促进肝星状细胞凋亡,减少肝组织细胞外基质沉积,因而具有较显著的抗肝损伤和抗肝纤维化作用,为其临床应用和试验研究提供了科学依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 "Yinchenhao Decoction" is a useful formula for treating liver diseases.The active components of "Yinchenhao Decoction" including ethanol extract,6,7-dimethylesculetin,capillin,capillene,anthraquinone and genipin which may treat liver injury and fibrosis by inhibiting nuclear factor kappa B activation,reducing inflammatory cytokine products and oxidative stress,decreasing hepatocyte injury and apoptosis,inhibiting hepatic stellate cells activation and proliferation,enhancing hepatic stellate cells apoptosis,and decreasing extracellular matrix deposition in the liver.The research data provide scientific evidence on clinical application and trial of "Yinchenhao Decoction" for treating liver diseases.更多还原
