【摘要】 目的观察血必净注射液治疗慢性肺原性心脏病急性加重期的疗效。方法将64例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组(各32例)。两组均予西医常规治疗,治疗组加用血必净注射液,疗程14 d。结果治疗组总有效率为87.5%,对照组为71.8%,P<0.05;治疗组血气分析、血液流变学指标改善程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论慢性肺原性心脏病急性加重期在常规治疗基础上联合血必净注射液可提高疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 To observe the effects of"Xuebijing Injection"in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic pulmonary heart disease,64 subjects were randomized into two groups:control group in which 32 cases received conventional western medicine and treatment group in which 32 cases were treated with conventional western medicine plus"Xuebijing Injection",with a course of 14 days.Results:The total effective rate was 87.5% in treatment group and 71.8% in control group,P<0.05;blood-gas analysis and hemodynamics index improved more significantly in treatment group than in control group(P<0.05).It is indicated that"Xuebijing Injection"can help routine treatment in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic pulmonary heart disease.更多还原
