低温胁迫对甜瓜幼苗根系活力及渗透调节物质的影响

【摘要】 利用人工气候箱控温,研究了不同温度(昼/夜)条件下,即30℃/20℃、21℃/12℃、15℃/8℃。对早金和伊丽莎白甜瓜幼苗根系活力和叶片游离脯氨酸、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质的影响。结果表明:二品种在各温度下幼苗根系活力随时间延长呈先升后降的趋势,同一时期各温度条件下,伊丽莎白的根系活力均高于早金。15℃/8℃处理下,在不同时期伊丽莎白脯氨酸和可溶性糖含量均显著高于早金。低温胁迫条件下,可溶性蛋白呈先降后升的变化,30℃/20℃、21℃/12℃处理下早金可溶性蛋白变化稳定;15℃/8℃处理下,同期伊丽莎白显著高于早金。

【Abstract】 Two muskmelon cultivars(Zaojin and Elizabeth) were treated under low temperature(30℃/20℃,21℃/12℃,15℃/8℃,d/n).The root vigor and proline content,soluble sugar and soluble protein in seedling leaves were determined.The results showed that root vigor of Elizabeth were higher than Zaojin under the same treatment,and with time-going,both cultivars raised at first and then declined.Under 15℃/8℃,soluble sugar and praline of Elizabeth were higher than Zaojin in same treatment.Soluble protein declined at first and then raised with stable-going.Change of Zaojin soluble protein was relativly stable under 30℃/20℃ and 21℃/12℃.At the same time,soluble protein of Elizabeth was higher than Zaojin under 15℃/8℃.
