【摘要】 以30只成年健康日本鹌鹑为材料,测定红细胞、白细胞及其分类、血红蛋白、红细胞压积、红细胞平均血红蛋白量、红细胞平均容积、血清尿素氮、血清总蛋白、白蛋白和血清碱性磷酸酶12项血液生理生化指标,观察血液中各种细胞形态并测量。结果表明:日本鹌鹑血液各种细胞与其他鸟类相似,种属不同是导致日本鹌鹑与其他雉科鸟类血液值差别的主要原因。更多还原

【Abstract】 16 hematological values of 30 adult and healthy Japanese Quail were determined,including the number of RBC,WBC and their types,MCH,MCV,MCHC,the concentration of Hb,PCV,UA,TP,AP and AKP in blood serum,was also observed and measured in various cell morphology,and so on.According to the the principle,the data were similar to other kinds of birds.更多还原
