【摘要】 目的观察温针治疗糖尿病周围神经病患者的临床疗效及对胫神经和腓总神经传导速度的影响。方法把52例符合纳入标准的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组26例,两组均在基础治疗上,治疗组采用温针疗法,每日1次,每星期治疗6次,共治疗4星期。对照组肌注弥可保(甲钴胺针)500μg,每日1次,共治疗4星期。检查并记录治疗前后两组患者临床症状及胫神经、腓总神经传导速度,并进行比较。结果治疗4星期后,治疗组总有效率为88.46%,对照组为61.53%,两组临床疗效比较治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);神经传导速度比较两组治疗后均优于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后比较治疗组胫神经感觉神经传导速度及腓总神经运动传导速度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论温针疗法治疗糖尿病周围神经病具有良好的临床疗效,且可以改善神经传导速度,是治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的有效方法之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of warm needling in treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy and the influence on the conduction velocity of the tibial nerve and the common peroneal nerve.Methods Fifty-two patients meeting the inclusion criteria were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups,26 cases each.Both groups received a basic treatment.Besides,the treatment group received warm needling,once daily,6 times weekly for a total of 4 weeks and the control group,intramuscular injection of Methycobal,500μg once daily for a total of 4 weeks.The clinical symptoms and the conduction velocity of the tibial nerve and the common peroneal nerve were examined and recorded in both groups of patients before and after treatment.Comparisons were made.Results The total efficacy rate was 88.46% in the treatment group and 61.53% in the control group after 4 weeks’ treatment.The clinical therapeutic effect was better in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).There was a statistically significant pre-posttreatmet difference in nerve conduction velocity in both groups(P<0.05).It increased after treatment.After treatment,the conduction velocity of the tibial nerve and the common peroneal nerve increased more in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Warm needling has clinically a good therapeutic effect on diabetic peripheral neuropathy.It can increase nerve conduction velocity and is one of the effective ways to treat diabetic peripheral neuropathy.更多还原
