【摘要】 目的观察牵引、针刺、中药、药枕组合治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效。方法将44例患者随机分为基础治疗组、基础加外敷组、基础加颈枕组和基础加药枕组进行治疗观察,分析比较四组的疗效。结果基础加药枕组临床有效率为100%,基础加颈枕组为91.7%,基础加外敷组为81.8%,基础治疗组为70.0%;差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),四种方法均能改善患者眩晕症状程度、频度和持续时间,以基础治疗加颈枕和药枕的效果明显(P<0.05),四组治疗方法对患者的症状体征、生活工作的评分有改善,以基础治疗加颈枕和药枕的效果明显(P<0.05)。结论四种方法均能改善患者眩晕症状、频度和持续时间,提高患者生活工作的评分,基础治疗加药枕组的效果明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efficacy of a combination of traction,acupuncture,Chinese herbal medicine and medicinal pillow in treating vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis.Methods Forty-four patients were randomly allocated to basic treatment,basic treatment plus external application,basic treatment plus neck pillow and basic treatment plus medicinal pillow groups.The therapeutic effects were compared among the four groups.Results The clinical efficacy rate was 100% in the basic treatment plus medicinal pillow group,91.7% in the basic treatment plus neck pillow group,81.8% in the basic treatment plus external application group and 70.0% in the basic treatment group;there was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).All the four methods reduced the degree,frequency and duration of vertigo in the patients.The effects of basic treatment plus neck pillow and plus medicinal pillow were more marked(P<0.05).All the four methods improved symptom,sign and activity of daily living scores in the patients.The effects of basic treatment plus neck pillow and plus medicinal pillow were more marked(P<0.05).Conclusion All the four methods can reduce the degree,frequency and duration of vertigo and increase activity of daily living score in the patients.The effects is marked in the basic treatment plus medicinal pillow group.更多还原
