【摘要】 超声造影定量分析是近年来兴起的一种评价血流灌注的新方法,其在肿瘤血流灌注方面已取得了引人瞩目的成绩,但在肾脏尤其是肾实质血流灌注方面的研究尚属刚刚开始。本文综述了超声造影定量分析技术在诊断肾脏病变血流灌注改变中的应用。作为一种无创、敏感、准确的功能成像手段,超声造影定量技术结合了造影剂造影的动态过程和造影强度变化过程,能以量化的方式客观而准确地反映组织中血流灌注的改变,具有独特的优势和广阔的应用前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 Quantitative evaluation of blood flow with contrast-enhanced ultrasonography is a hot topic in world today.It has enjoyed distinguished achievements in evaluation of tumor vascular perfusion.However,its application in evaluation of renal cortex perfusion has been less explored.We reviewed the application of contrast-enhanced ultrasonography in diagnosis of renal perfusion changes.As an atraumatic,sensitive and accurate imaging method,it combined digital process of both contrast enhancement and contrast intensity changes.This new method will enjoy wide clinical application with its quantitative indexes of perfusion.更多还原
