【摘要】 目的制备糠酸莫米松鼻用即型凝胶剂,并建立其质量控制方法。方法以结冷胶、甲基纤维素为凝胶基质制备糠酸莫米松鼻用即型凝胶剂,采用高效液相色谱法测定糠酸莫米松的含量,并对方法进行考察,建立相应的质量标准。结果糠酸莫米松在1~100μg/mL范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为100.6%。结论该制剂工艺简单,质量可控,可满足临床用药需求。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish the preparation and a method of quality control of mometasone furoate intranasal gel. Methods The mometasone furoate intranasal gel was prepared by Xanthan gum as base material.The content of mometasone furoate was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Results The calibration curve was good linear in the range from 1 μg/mL to 100 μg/mL(r=0.999 9).The average recovery was 100.6%. Conclusions The preparation of gel is simple.The quality of gel is stable and controlled.The new mometasone furoate gel is effective in allergic rhinitis.更多还原
