【摘要】 目的探讨颅内蛛网膜囊肿手术治疗的指征及疗效。方法回顾性分析49例颅内蛛网膜囊肿手术治疗病例,其中囊肿切除并脑池开放术32例、囊肿分流术17例。结果所有患者手术过程均较顺利,术后未出现导致患者死亡、致残的严重并发症。开颅手术组中,96.9%的患者囊肿体积明显缩小或消失,囊肿消失率为37.5%;分流手术组中,82.3%的患者囊肿体积明显缩小或消失,囊肿消失率为17.6%。结论囊肿切除并脑池开放术和囊肿分流术均在颅内蛛网膜囊肿患者症状改善方面有着良好的效果,囊肿切除并脑池开放术较囊肿分流术对促进颅内蛛网膜囊肿缩小消失也许存在一定的优势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the indications and effiency of intracranial arachnoid cyst surgical treatment.Methods A retrospective analysis of 49 cases with intracranial arachnoid cysts was conducted,in which cystectomy was performed in 32 cases and cyst shunt in 17 cases.Results All patients were operated smoothly.Cysts were significantly narrowed or disappeared in 96.9% patients of craniotomy group and 82.3% patients of shunt group.Conclusions Both cystectomy and cyst shunt can improve symptoms caused by intracranial arachnoid cyst,and cystectomy has more advantages in reducing the volume of intracranial arachnoid cyst.更多还原
