【摘要】 一种政治体系(political system)的存续与运作主要依靠其内部的政治制度体系(political institution system)的运作来完成,当然在政治体系的存续与运作过程中,政治组织(political organization)、政治机构、(political construction)政治意识形态(political ideology)以及政治文化(political culture)也都各自发挥着不可替代的重要的作用,但是其间的关系以及运作程序仍然要依赖于政治制度的规范与运作。从这个意义上来说,政治制度渗透进入了政治体系内部的各个要素中,发挥着重要的规范与调节作用。在历史制度主义理论研究的视野中,不仅制度本身具有重要的作用,并且我们对制度的考察也必然限定在一定的历史的时空中。只有这样才能更好的认识在某一历史时空下的政治制度群及其内部主导性制度的作用的发挥。因此,本文的研究是从政治体系内部的政治制度体系中的主导性制度或制度体系的运作出发,来考察这种主导性的制度或制度体系对于政治体系的存续与运作的重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The running and existence of a political system mainly depends on operations of its inner political institution system. Although political organization, political construction, political ideology and political culture also play their own irreplaceable important roles in the running of political institution, the relationships between these components and their corresponding operational procedures are still dependent on rules and operations of political institution. From this viewpoint, political institution is merged into every important kernel component of political system, and takes important roles for decree and balance. In the field of historical institutionism, not only does the system itself play an important function, but also the research of system must be confined within some special era of history. Because this is the only way for us to acknowledge political institution groups and impacts imposed by their major inner system within a special history period. So, this article studies the important roles played by the major system or system architecture on the maintaining and running of political system through inspecting operations of the major system or system architecture inside the system architecture.更多还原
