【摘要】 本文从媒体的权力和社会责任等角度分析讨论了全国人大常委会关于《突发事件应对法》草案部分条例的删改对经济新闻媒体的意义;认为此次删改从一定意义上对保障经济媒体的独立报道权、独立监督权和提高媒体素质有重要意义,并进一步论证了经济媒体的参与是促进突发事件妥善解决的关键;指出应正确评估经济媒体在突发事件中的作用,把经济媒体纳入到处理突发事件的正常措施中来,以更好地处理突发事件。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article analyses the significance of modification of"Law draft of dealing with thunderbolt"to economical news media from different sides such as power of media,social responsibility and so on.And it draws a conclusion that,from some extent,this modification is important to safeguard the independent report power of the media and the independent supervisory authority.It is also important to improve the media quality. Further discusses has proven the media participation is the key to solve thunderbolt properly.It points out we should appraise correctly the effecting of media in solving thunderbolt and integrates the media in the processing of solving thunderbolt as normal measure.This can give help us to handle the thunderbolt better.更多还原
