三维纺织复合材料缝合机械手系统——末端机构的设计与理论分析
3D Fabric Composite Automatic Arm-and-hand Stitching System——Design and Analysis about End Mechanism
【摘要】 为了缝合三维纺织复合材料预型件,提出了在机械手末段安装单边缝合机构来组成缝合系统的加工方法.利用曲柄滑块机构、凸轮机构和四杆机构设计了单边缝合机构.介绍了它的工作原理和设计方法.利用复数矢量法进行了运动学分析.分析结果表明,该缝合机构满足设计要求.
【Abstract】 To stitch 3D fabric composite perform,a novel stitching method using a stitching system which composed of automatic arm-and-hand and one-sidestitching mechanism is presented.A kind of one-side-stitching mechanism based on slider-crank mechanism,cam gear mechanism and four-bar mechanism is developed for the system.The working principle and the method of design are introduced.Complex arithmetic vector is applied to kinematics analysis.According to the analysis result,the stitching mechanism fits design demand.
