锰锌铁氧体瑞利常数与掺杂、温度和磁场的关系

【摘要】 实验测量了锰锌铁氧体Zn02.+5Mn02.+5Fe23+O4的磁导率虚部随外加交流磁场的变化关系,进而得到了锰锌铁氧体瑞利常数η的大小.样品η值随温度、外加直流磁场以及掺杂的变化关系:在290~370 K范围内,η随温度升高而上升;当外磁场从零增大到79.570 kA/m时,η由大逐步减小到0;掺杂w=0.02%的SiO2、w=0.06%的CaO能使样品的η值从掺杂前的63.542 7 m/A降低到32.881 8 m/A.研究结果表明,在功耗谷底附近温度区域,磁滞损耗是一个不可忽略的功耗因素,要进一步降低谷底附近的功耗,降低材料的磁滞损耗是一个相当重要的方面.此外,注意掺杂对磁滞损耗的影响也应是一个需要考虑的因素.

【Abstract】 The Rayleigh constant(η),derived from the curves of imaginary part of complex permeability(μ″) as a function of the amplitudes of AC fields, was investigated in Zn2+0.5Mn2+0.5Fe3+2O4 ferrite,prepared by a traditional ceramic processing technique.The dependence of the η on temperature,external transverse DC field and dopants was also examined.It was found that η increases with increasing temperature from 293 to 368 K,and η decreases from 3.917 7 m/A to zero when the external transverse DC fields increases from zero to 79.570 kA/m.In addition,ferrite sample was doped with 0.02% SiO2 and 0.06%CaO.It was found that its Rayleigh constant is 32.881 8 m/A,much lower than undoped samples(63.542 7 m/A).Moreover,in the temperature range with lowest magnetic loss,the hysteresis loss is greatly influenced by dopants and its decrease may be an essential way to cut down the total magnetic loss.
