高速冲击拉伸条件下TWIP钢的力学性能
MECHANICAL PROPERTY OF TWIP STEEL UNDER HIGH SPEED DYNAMIC TENSILE TEST
【摘要】 采用气动式间接杆杆型冲击拉伸试验装置对5种不同成分的TWIP钢在102~103s-1应变速率范围内的动态拉伸变形行为进行了研究,并和静态拉伸性能作了比较。结果表明:随应变速率的提高,材料动态条件下的抗拉强度、断裂延伸率和能量吸收值均显著增加,均匀延伸率略有提高。TWIP钢在形变过程中产生形变孪晶显著改善了材料的塑性,因此在高应变速率下的延伸率仍较好。
【Abstract】 The dynamic tensile test was carried out on five TWIP steels with strain rates in the range of 102~103S-1 by employing a pneumatic indirect bar-bar tensile impact tester,and the results was compared to the static tensile behavior.The results indicated that under dynamic condition the tensile strength,total elongation and energy absorption increased remarkably with the increasing of strain rates,but the uniform elongation just slightly rose.Deformation twin appeared during tensile test,which improved the plastic deformation behavior evidently,therefore,the elongation was still high in spite of higher strain rate.
