TC6钛合金的淬火相变及时效研究
RESEARCH ON PHASE TRANSFORMATION AFTER QUENCHING AND AGEING OF TC6 TITANIUM ALLOY
【摘要】 采用X射线扫描仪和场发射扫描电子显微镜对热处理过的TC6钛合金试样进行微观研究,发现在800℃下淬火,得到残余β相,进行时效处理时,随着时效温度的增加,α相从β相中析出并长大,但时效温度超过550℃后,不断长大的α相在晶界处连续出现;在850℃及以上温度淬火时,β相消失,成单一α相组织。
【Abstract】 Microstructure of heat treated TC6 titanium alloy was studied by X-ray diffraction and ESEM,it was noticed that after quenching from 800℃,the β phase remained,α phase precipitated from β phase and grew up with the increasing of ageing temperature.Moreover,over 550℃ the growing α phase was observed at the grain boundaries.No β phase was observed after quenching above 850℃,but α phase existed.
