【Abstract】 To build a harmonious socialist society is one of the basic state policies in the new era of CPC’s history.The features of social harmony must be well understood in order to carry out this policy in the field of rule of law.The features of a harmonious socialist society are as follows: democracy and rule of law,equity and justice,honesty and fraternity,vigor and vitality,stability and order and harmony between man and nature.In the light of the historic background of Fourth Plenary Session of the Sixteenth Central Committee,the above mentioned features can be interpreted in the field of rule of law as the harmonies between rights and power,between norms and concept,between rule of law and rule by virtue,between innovation and stability and between the legal prohibition and admission.更多还原
