【Abstract】 Based on the Investigation of 139 Social Workers in Shaoxing, the result shows that the main problems of social work in Shaoxing City are: there are not enough talents of social work, lack high qulity team and reamain unreasonable structure; Slow develop-ment of the social management intermediary organization; unmatch-ing management policy. In order to strengthen social work, we have to improve it from the following points. Firstly, we should strengthen organization and leadership. Secondly, we should perfect all kinds of mechanism.
