6-甲基-3-硝基-2-氯苯酚的合成
On the Synthesis of 6-methyl-3-nitro-2-chlorophenol
【摘要】 在实验室条件下进行了合成6-甲基-3-硝基-2-氯苯酚的工艺研究,产品结构式经图谱分析得到确认证实;考察了原料配比、溶剂量及反应温度等对产率的影响,以寻求适宜反应条件。试验结果表明,以5-硝基-2-甲基苯酚为原料,在反应温度为10~15℃和盐酸的质量分数为5%等条件下,经氯化合成得到的产物6-甲基-3-硝基-2-氯苯酚产率达到60%。
【Abstract】 Under the laboratory conditions,the synthesis of 6-methyl-3-nitro-2-chlorophenol was researched,and structured products were confirmed by map analysis.Factors affecting on production rate were examined,such as the ratio of raw materials,solvents,and reaction temperature,in order to find appropriate reaction conditions.Test results showed that under the conditions with 5-nitro-2-methyl phenol as raw materials,10~15 ℃ as reaction temperature,5% as hydrochloric acid,6-methyl-3-nitro-2-chlorophenol by chlorination synthesis has yielded to 60%.
