【摘要】 类固醇生成因子-1(SF-1)是一种孤儿核受体,在人类下丘脑、垂体、肾上腺和性腺等组织中均有表达,对内分泌器官的分化和发育,以及内分泌系统的代谢调节发挥重要的作用。通过对SF-1基因敲除小鼠模型的研究以及对人类SF-1基因突变表现型的分析,逐步明确SF-1在下丘脑—垂体—肾上腺轴和下丘脑—垂体—性腺轴的各个环节均参与调控。最近有研究表明,SF-1基因的突变和缺失,将导致一系列内分泌系统的代谢紊乱,最终导致糖尿病、肥胖和高血压等一系列代谢综合征的症候群。文章就SF-1与代谢综合征关系的研究进展作一综述。更多还原

【Abstract】 Steroidogenic factor-1(SF-1) is a monomeric nuclear receptor,which is expressed in many steroidogenic tissues such as hypothalamus,pituitary,adrenal and gonad.It plays an important role in the development of endocrine organs and the metabolic regulation in the endocrine system.Through research on SF-1 knockout mice and analysis of phenotype in SF-1 gene variation,it is demonstrated that SF-1 participates in the regulation of hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis and the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonad axis.Recent research has revealed that the deficiency and variation of SF-1 gene may lead to a series of metabolic disorders and may cause metabolic syndrome including diabetes mellitus,obesity and hypertension.The research progress in the relationship between SF-1 and metabolic syndrome is reviewed in this paper.更多还原
