全口义齿咬合接触三维重建和测量系统的可靠性

【摘要】 目的研究全口义齿咬合接触三维重建和测量系统的可靠性。方法应用非接触式激光三维扫描和数字化技术,三维扫描和重建10副全口义齿人工牙面,设定人工牙面上10个标志点和7个测量项目,将由不同测试者和同一测试者于不同时间点所得的系统测量结果,以及手工与系统测量结果分别进行比较分析。结果不同实验测试者系统测量结果的分析显示,除左侧上颌中切牙近中切点与其在下颌中切牙唇面上投影点之间的距离(IL-IL’)外,其余测量项目比较均无显著差异(P>0.05);由同一测试者于不同时间点系统测量所获得的数据无显著差异(P>0.05);由同一测试者进行的系统和手工测量结果比较亦无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论全口义齿咬合接触三维重建和测量系统具有稳定性,可靠性强、准确性高,可用于人工牙面的三维重建和测量,并可进一步尝试对全口义齿的咬合接触情况进行分析研究。

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the reliability of three-dimensional reconstruction and measurement system for complete denture occlusion. Methods Ten marks and seven parameters on the artificial teeth occlusal surfaces of ten complete dentures were scanned and measured by non-contact laser scanner. Comparisons were made in the measuring results between different surveyors, between different time points by the same surveyor, and between the three-dimensional reconstructive systematic measurement and the manual measurement. Results Except IL-IL’, there was no significant difference in the measuring results either between different surveyors, or between different time points by the same surveyor, or between the three-dimensional reconstructive systematic measurement and the manual measurement(P>0.05). Conclusion The three-dimensional reconstruction and measurement system for complete denture occlusion is stable and reliable. It can be applied in the area of three-dimensional reconstruction and measurement for the complete denture artificial teeth occlusal surface, and can be used to analyze the occlusal contacts of complete denture in further studies.
