【Abstract】 Targeting the problems existing in real estate project,this paper studies the characteristics of real estate project and the theory and method of result-chain,and applies result-chain method to real estate project,so as to better combine real estate project with result management.Research results show that result-chain modeling technique emphasizes the impact of final goals and results,thus it can help enterprises to communicate and make decision in the process of project implementation,which guarantees the smooth implementation of projects.The study also shows that result-chain modeling(RCM)is effectively complementary to traditional modeling methods.更多还原
