洪排河特大桥连续梁悬灌施工技术
Cantilever Pouring Technology of Continuous Beam in Hongpai River Bridge
【摘要】 洪排河大桥主跨为预应力混凝土连续箱梁,主梁采用菱形挂篮悬浇施工,0号段采用支墩法支架施工,边跨现浇段采用碗扣式脚手架支架法施工,通过优化施工方案及严格计算,使得其线形及混凝土裂缝均得到了有效控制,从而确保了大桥的施工质量。
【Abstract】 Main beam is cantilever poured by rhombic hanging basket of continuous prestressed concrete box-girder in Hongpai River Bridge.Buttress supporting frames are adopted in construction 0 section,and bowl-scaffold supporting frames are used in cast-in-situ section of side span.Bridge alignment and concrete cracks are controlled effectively to ensure construction quality of the bridge by construction scheme optimization and strict calculation.
