中国航海博物馆幕墙索夹抗滑移承载力试验研究
Anti-slipping Bearing Capacity Study of Cable Grips for Curtain Wall of China Navigation Museum
【摘要】 中国航海博物馆中央帆体索网幕墙为空间双曲面形式,复杂的曲面造型使得索网节点处受力复杂,索夹节点抗滑移承载力和张拉后的扭转角直接影响着索网成型和玻璃下料。为此,通过试验测得了索夹的抗滑移承载力及其在设计索力作用下产生的扭转角。抗滑移试验结果表明横索、竖索与索夹之间的抗滑移承载力分别为49.3kN和40.7kN,均大于夹具两侧索体的设计索力之差28kN,足以抵抗其两端的不平衡力,满足设计要求;扭转试验测得索夹的最大扭转角为4.72°,为玻璃夹具的设计提供了参考依据。
【Abstract】 The spatial double-camber structure is adopted in curtain wall of China Navigation Museum.Complex shape can result in complex force of cable joints.Anti-slipping bearing capacity and torsion angles after tension may affect cable forming and glass cutting-stock.Thus,anti-slipping bearing capacity and torsion angles under design cable force are obtained by test.The result show anti-slipping bearing capacity is respectively 49.3kN and 40.7kN from cables to cable grips,all is more than 28kN of the difference between two design cable forces.It is enough to resist unbalance force in the requirements of design.Besides,the maximum of torsion angles is to 4.72°,which can offer some reference for the design of glass fixture.
