杭州湾跨海大桥箱梁施工控制加密技术

【摘要】 杭州湾跨海大桥70m预制箱梁施工难度大,安装精度要求高,为了保障安全施工,用6台Trimble 5700双频测地型GPS接收机以静态测量方法对箱梁施工控制点进行了加密,同时用测距三角高程和水准测量方法对控制点进行了联测。结果表明,基线相对精度达到10-5,坐标分量相对精度达到10-6,高程达到三等水准测量的精度,为预制墩身和箱梁的安装提供了可靠的测绘保障。

【Abstract】 As for 70m-length prefabricated box girder of Hangzhou Bay Main Bridge,it is difficult to construct and it is high precision to install.In order to make construction process safe,the static measure method is adopted to encrypt control points during the construction of box girder by the means of six Trimble 5700 GPS dual-frequency receivers.At the same time,the method of ranging trigonometric leveling is selected to do connection surveying.The results show that the relative accuracy of the baseline is to 10-5,the relative accuracy of the coordinate component is to 10-6 and the elevation accuracy is up to the third grade standard,which can provide a reliable support for the installation of prefabricated pier and box girder.
