轻骨料混凝土保温墙模的研制
Study on Heat Preservation Formwork with Lightweight Aggregate Concrete
【摘要】 适应建筑节能等政策的要求,研制了一种轻骨料混凝土保温墙模。通过试验、理论分析及模拟分析相结合的方式,对其进行研究。首先确定了保温墙模的材料组成、尺寸规格及构造,对其物理力学性能进行试验研究。然后通过热工计算及试验数据验算墙模的厚度,通过数值模拟对比分析了保温墙模复合剪力墙体系的保温性能,并介绍了工程应用实例。结果表明轻骨料混凝土墙模具有良好的保温隔热性能,同时整体稳定性好、施工工艺简单,适用于多层民用建筑。
【Abstract】 With the implementation of the policies about energy efficiency in buildings,a sort of heat preservation formwork with lightweight aggregate concrete was developed.The study was based on experimentation,theory analysis and simulation analysis.Firstly,the material composition,size standard and constitution of template were studied.The physical and mechanical performances of the formwork were tested.Secondly,the thickness of formwork was checked via thermal calculation and testing data.The heat preservation performance of the compounding shear wall structure was compared with other structures through numerical simulation.Finally,some examples about project application were introduced.The result indicates that the heat preservation board with lightweight aggregate concrete has good performance on heat preservation and insulation.At the same time,the whole stability is good and construction process is simple.The structure is applicable to multi-storey civil engineering.
