进度管理走出窘境的方法
Measures from Out of Dilemma Situation of Progress Management
【摘要】 在国内外的建设项目中,工期延误现象极其普遍。指出了网络计划的重要性、应用现状及其原因。最后讨论了提高应用水平的措施。
【Abstract】 Construction period delay generally exsting in construction projects domestic and aborad.Importance,application situation and reasons are proposed in this paper.At last,measurements for impoving application level are discussed.
