二氧化碳重整镍基催化剂性能对还原温度和积碳的影响
Carbon Dioxide Reforming over Nickel-Based Catalysts
【摘要】 通过Sol-Gel方法制备了Ni-TiO2-Al2O3干凝胶催化剂.该催化剂在973 K条件下焙烧10 h后比表面积为363 m2/g,孔分布介于2.5nm~2.7 nm之间.采用BET,X-射线衍射和热重及差热分析考察了Al2O3组份和还原温度对Ni/TiO2催化剂的影响.结果表明,Al2O3的加入,使催化剂颗粒度变小,镍的分散度提高,抑制了Ni-TiO2-Al2O3催化剂上的积碳,从而明显提高了Ni-TiO2-Al2O3催化剂上二氧化碳重整反应的活性和稳定性.
【Abstract】 The 5wt% Ni/TiO2-Al2O3 xerogels catalyst was prepared by the sol-gel synthesis of titanium n-butoxide in methanol with nickel and aluminum.The resulting Ni/TiO2-Al2O3 xerogel,after calcinations at 973K for 10h,had a BET surface area in excess of 363m2/g,contained mesoprores in the range 2.5~2.7nm.Nitrogen adsorption,X-ray diffraction, and TG/DTA were used to characterize the function of addition aluminum to Ni/TiO2 catalyst.The role of aluminum addition promotes the formation of large metallic Ni ensembles increase the dispersion of Ni,suppression of Ni/TiO2 catalyst deactivation and carbon deposition.The addition of aluminum to Ni/TiO2 improves the activity and stability in the CO2 reforming of methane.
