辣椒素对束缚-浸水应激大鼠DMV和NTS神经元c-fos蛋白表达和胃溃疡的影响
EFFECTS OF CAPSAICIN ON C-FOS PROTEIN EXPRESSION IN NEURONS OF DMV AND NTS AND GASTRIC ULCER OF RATS IN WATER IMMERSION-RESTRAINT STRESS
【摘要】 目的观察辣椒素对束缚-浸水应激大鼠脑干迷走运动背核(DMV)和孤束核(NTS)c-fos蛋白表达和胃溃疡的影响,并探讨c-fos蛋白在DMV和NTS表达与胃溃疡的关系.方法大鼠皮下注射辣椒素,束缚-浸水应激,免疫组织化学技术检测原癌基因c-fos在脑干的DMV和NTS的蛋白表达,计算胃溃疡的指数.结果与盐水对照组相比,注射辣椒素组DMV和NTS中c-fos阳性细胞数显著减少(P<0.01),胃溃疡指数明显降低(P<0.05).结论辣椒素抑制束缚-浸水应激大鼠DMV和NTS神经元c-fos蛋白表达和胃溃疡的,DMV,NTS及辣椒素敏感传入神经可能参与应激性胃溃疡的形成.
【Abstract】 AIM:To observe the effect of capsaicin on c-fos protein expression in brainstem nuclei and gastric ulcer of rats in water immersion-restraint stress and to discuss the relations between c-fos expression and gastric ulcer in DMV and NTS.METHODS:Firstly,restrain and immerse the rats injected with capsaicin in water.Then observe the expression of c-fos protein in the brainstem nuclei by the immunocytochemical method and measure the gastric ulcer index.RESULTS:Compared with the saline control group,the expression of c-fos protein in capsaicin group decreases significantly(P<0.01),and the gastric ulcer index reduces significantly(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS:The capsaicin suppresses the expression of c-fos protein in DMV and NTS and reduces the gastric ulcer in water immersion-restraint stress.These results suggest that DMV and NTS and capsaicin-sensitive afferent nerves possibly participate in the process of gastric mucosal injury induced by water immersion-restraint stress.
