【摘要】 目的探讨端粒酶、增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)在胃癌发生发展中的作用。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测40例胃癌和18例癌前病变(其中慢性萎缩性胃炎伴肠化生10例,非典型增生8例)组织中端粒酶及PCNA。结果端粒酶在胃癌中的阳性表达率为80.00%,癌前病变为22.22%,两者相比,P<0.05;PCNA分别为72.50%、27.78%,两者相比,P<0.05。结论端粒酶和PCNA参与了胃癌的发生发展过程。检测端粒酶、PCNA对胃癌的早期诊断有一定的参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore expression and significance of telomerase and proliferation cell nuclear antigen(PCNA)in the gastric carcinoma and precancerous change tissue.Methods Expression of telomerase and PCNA were determined by SP immunohistochemistry method in 40 patients with gastric cancer and 18 cases of gastric precancerous lesion(10 cases of chronic atrophic gastritis with intestinal metaplasia,8 cases of dysplasia).Results The positive raties of telomerase and PCNA in gastric cancer and precancerous change were 80.00 %,22.22%,72.50%,27.78% respectively.There was significant difference between two group(P<0.05).Conclusions Expression of telomerase and PCNA takes part in the occurrence and development of gastric carcinoma.Detecting telomerase and PCNA may serve as a reference index of gastric carcinoma early diagnosis.更多还原
